Daily rituals and routines
As the year comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on daily rituals and routines. I have many tasks that I perform daily in an almost automatic way. I'm looking to find meaning in them, turning them into rituals.
Do you practice any daily rituals? What are some of the actions that bring meaning to your life that you perform regularly?
Have you read any good books on the subject that you recommend?
